Job Description

Role: Workplace Co-ordinator / Mailroom OperativeContract: Temporary contract 2-3 MonthsHours: 8 hours per dayPay: £9.50-£9.90 per hourOffice Angels National Accounts work with a large UK Postal Service client who often require cover support for their many locations across the UK.This could be ad-hock cover for holidays, sickness, parental leave and vacancy gaps, we often require longer term support which can often lead to permanent roles.The Solihull location are seeking a Workplace Co-ordinator to support for a 2-3 month period whilst they recruit in-house, should you get on well you can have the opportunity to apply for this role in house.The Workplace Co-ordinator supports the mailroom, facilities and porterage functions within this location.We are looking for candidates trained and experienced to support in with a range duties. These could include:

  • Loading bay support
  • Courier and postal support
  • Mail-room distribution assistance
  • Facilities - building support
  • Labour - setting up meeting rooms and moving furniture
  • Reprographics assistant
  • Front of house support
  • Dismantling furniture to move / porter
  • Customer/client facing interaction
