High Street Fashion Retailer - Store Manager - £19k-£20k - Based in Yardley.Were currently looking to source a talented retail leader for one of our stores based in a busy shopping centre in Yardley. A brand name known in particular for their ability to offer great value for money and quality clothing for the whole family over many years continues to have success! This is a perfect opportunity for a leader who loves to be on the shop floor, loves to get stuck in, enjoys fast paced environments with the ability to continually visual merchandise and set the example for their team.You dont need to have been a store manager before but, you need to be able to demonstrate your ability and desire to step up in to the role by providing excellent examples of your experience.Whilst fashion retail experience would be beneficial it isnt essential and so as long as you can demonstrate strong KPI knowledge, have evidence of how you coach and develop your team and talk how you like to drive sales we are open to your retail background.What is essential is that you have experience of having worked in fast paced, hands-on environments.
