Senior Estimator~ Solihull ~Up to £75,000 + progression + package (8% pension)A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced estimator to join an established and well known construction company. On offer is the chance to make direct impact on an expanding team, full of valuable members who have significant knowledge and experience. In this role, you will be working alongside another senior estimator to jointly lead the estimators within the Midlands Pre-Construction team. You will be heavily involved within bid documentation, tender documentation, cashflow forecasts and more. This isa client facing role, where you will attend tender interviews to discuss the bids under consideration and any other needs they may require. This company have an attractive pipeline of work; the projects are exciting and varied in both the type and size of the projects. They have recently won a £60 million project that will start within with in the next 12 months; they projects cover multiple differentsectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, commercial offices etc This company have endless opportunities within the organisation for training and progression; employees have regular performance and development conversations with their line managers to explore whats available and best suited to them. The ideal candidate should have around 10 years experience in estimating and come from a construction background. The Role:
