Our client, a well-established membership organisation, is looking for a Product Coordinator on a full time, permanent and hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from the office and 3 days from home. The Role:You will be responsible for the administrative organisation of the teams work and for supporting the review and development of our schemes, including emails and customer and associate feedback as well as organising stakeholder meetings. You will also be responsiblefor setting up and maintaining schemes and endorsed training programmes on our online system. Main responsibilities:*Online file management of documentation associated with product development and management activities.*Manage scheme set-ups and amendments within Quartz and XAMs online systems.*Manage the document production process and activity.*Support the implementation of all operational change activities within Registration Services. *Proactively monitor and manage customer feedback and queries in line with our Customer Service Charter.*Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in relation to stakeholder contacts.Essential requirements:*Excellent Customer Service and relationship management*Comfortable within a fast-paced environment*Good command of MS Office*Effective time management and organisational skills*Good written and verbal communicationIf this sounds like the role for you, then we would love to hear back.
