Job Description

We are looking for a switch-on PA administrator with a can-do’ attitude for a fantastic opportunity in the Solihull area. This company are market-leaders within their area and boast fantastic offices just south of Birmingham. This will be a varied and challengingrole supporting an Executive level PA in a busy role. This is a FULLY office based role, Monday to Friday requiring an immediate start and the role is a temporary role for around 6 months. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:Expert level of meeting co-ordination and international travel arrangementsAssistance with company events such as the summer staff BBQOperation of Microsoft office packages with a keen eye for detail in order to handle expenses, manage email correspondence and campaigns and scanning and printing of international contractsCreation of and logging company security passesEffective and efficient company-wide post distributionThe successful applicant must be an experienced administrator with demonstrable experience supporting individuals at the above stated level.
