Job Description

Were looking to speak to individuals with a strong understanding of IT operations, ideally from within an ITIL environment, whose skills lie in the strengthening of partner relationships from both a contractual and operational perspective. Youll also play a vital role in the creation and implementation of the strategic supply chain execution plan, identifying and managing the supply chain risk (commercial, operational, legal and reputational) along with supporting the Service and Operations teams in managing supplier performance.About you

  • Youll have the proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with Vendors at many different levels.
  • Youll have extensive experience in Supplier / Vendor Management, specifically within Information Technology (IT).
  • Youll have knowledge of drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Youll be able to produce financial reports on costs, revenue and benchmark comparison.
  • Youll be a highly detailed individual with an analytical approach to obtaining, reviewing and producing insight across multiple suppliers. Youll have the ability to present this insight at various levels internally and externally.
  • Youll have strong understanding of IT operations, ideally within an ITIL environment, and a solid understanding across the IT technical landscape in general.
