Job Title: Invoicing AdministratorContract: PermanentHours: Full-time - 9.00am -5.30pm - Monday -FridayLocation: Nr Birmingham AirportSalary: £20K increasing to £21K after successful probationOur client is a well-established and extremely successful organisation based near Birmingham Airport they are currently recruiting an Invoicing Administrator to join their friendly team. The role will involve managing and validating all incoming invoicesand interpreting data.Duties include:" Manage all electronic & paper invoices " Invoice validation " Report preparation for clients " Coordinate data cleansing initiatives " Attend regular review meetings with customersKey Skills/Experience Required:" Highly analytical, with the ability to communicate data conclusions " Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel & Word " Happy to work under pressure and make quick decisions " High level of attention to detail and accuracy" Invoicing experience desired " Leasing and vehicle knowledge is beneficialIf you have the required skills and experience, please apply immediately.
