Work Planner£30,535 per annum + Excellent BenefitsHome Based - with occasional travel to offices in Solihull and WorcesterPermanent, Full TimeCalling all Work Planners!Are you already an experienced Housing Maintenance and Repairs Work Planner/ Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering exceptional customer service and looking for the next step in your careerIf so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Work Planner/ Schedulerwithin our Platform Property Care planning team that could be for you!In this key role you will be working as part ofa highly motivatedteam planning planned and reactivemaintenance work for our customers. Our team of Work Planners arecentral to our drive to delivergreat customer service and right first time’repairsand installations.This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 - so no weekend working.What could you be doingResponsible for planning an operational multi-skill trades workforce, maintaining contact with field teams, and liaising with customers, you will need to be highly organised, approachable, and a confident communicator. It is a busy role, juggling differentpriorities and you will need to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative. But this won’t phase you as you will excel in organising the engineers and scheduling property maintenance and repairs. You will alsohave the support of a great team around you.Who we are looking for:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook and Word
  • Experience of working in a building maintenance or construction administration team as a work planner or scheduler is essential
  • Demonstrable capability and experience of Workforce (Engineers) planning and scheduling software. Previous experience of using DRS is preferred so if you do have this, please highlight this in your application.

Any required travel (training/meetings as example) will be reimbursed in line with our current policy and current Inland Revenue Mileage rates.
