HGV Class 1 Driver looking for ongoing work based in the Hams Hall for a well established automotive client. Majority of work will be sequence work backwards and forwards to local automotive manufacturing plants. No handball involved. Local Shuttle runs & Shunting. Various shifts available.Information about the HGV Class 1 Driver role:- Regular Monday to Friday day work- 5x 8 hour day or backs shifts- 4x 10 hour night shifts Monday to Thursday- Curtain sided trailers- Inter depot/plant deliveries locally- 40 hour average working weeks- Some overtime opportunities available- Based near Junction 9 M42- Regular work throughout 2021HGV Class 1 Driver rates of pay & hours:- Monday to Friday £12.17 - £14.60 per hour PAYE- Overtime paid after 8 hours per shift on days and backs- Overtime paid after 10 hours per shift on nightsRequirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:- Valid CE Licence held for at least 6 months- Valid CPC & Digi tacho card- Flexibility to undertake additional runs at the customers request- Flexibility to extend daily hours in the event of driver absence- Commitment to an ongoing role- To complete a practical driving assessment and SSOW inductionWorking for Pertemps as a HGV Class 1 Driver you will benefit from the following:- Weekly pay via BACS every Friday- Paid annual leave- Free Uniform- CPC / Driver training- Access to our Pertemps Driver Academy/Training Division- 24 Hour contact with local consultantsPLEASE CLICK APPLY
