Job Description

Front End Developer - Remote/Solihull - GBP 40,000-45,000 DOEI am currently working with a software company based in Solihull. My client is looking for a talented and ambitious Front End Developer to join their dynamic IT team.This role would be mainly remote, however, you would be required to come into the Solihull-based office twice a month.The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience using JavaScript and React. This is an amazing opportunity to grow and develop within your IT career whilst working for an amazing company!Experience and Skills Required:

  • Commercial experience with single-page web applications
  • Experienced in working with Legacy applications and Refactoring
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns
  • Debugging applications with Chrome, React, and Redux developer tools
  • Experience with version control using git
  • Experience in unit testing and mocking with Jest, Enzyme
  • Writing e2e tests with Cypress, or Detox
  • Consuming and testing RESTFul APIs
  • Experience in developing or working with Pipelines
  • Familiar with In-Branch testing and Trunk Based development
