Job Description

Finance and Compliance Assistant - 23k - Hybrid workingA large market leading organisation based in Solihull are looking to recruit a Finance and Compliance Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. Ideally youll have some finance or compliance administration experience and available on a short notice period.The duties of the Finance and Compliance Assistant include but are not limited to:Finance- Raising of sales invoices- Updating client records in the CRM/system- Posting purchase invoices- Liaising with suppliers- Reconciliation of purchase ledger statements- Acting as a first line of support for finance- Ad hoc month end tasks as per management requirementCompliance- Completion and storage of new customer and client forms- Filing saved terms of business to client files- Trademark and other legislative checks- Chasing terms of business- Raising any issues with compliance such as failed checks etcWhat do we need from you- Ideally some form of finance or operational experience such as administration.- Good organisational skills with a very strong attention to detail.- Inquisitive nature and keen to learn.- Driven in nature with the ability to use your initiative.- Strong communication and team skills.- Good technology skills, experience of using a professional system would be advantageous.#GleeTOBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Gleeson Recruitment Limited.
