Job Description

Fantastic role for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO to join a fabulous organisation in Solihull who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and office. This role offers hybrid working with an early finish on a Friday.Client DetailsMy client is a UK renowned business who are looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to join their growing team in Solihull and support the CEO alongside various Office Manager duties.Description

  • Extensive international travel and hotel bookings.
  • Meeting bookings.
  • Diary management.
  • Attend meetings across the UK on occasion.
  • Action point during meetings and follow up.
  • Assisting in processing invoices on the system.
  • Ensuring facilities is up to date and stock is replenished.
  • Organising events and corporate dinners.
  • Deal with any enquires and forward to the relevant person.
Profile
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or Personal Assistant is essential.
  • Previous experience looking after board level management is essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
  • Can commute to Solihull a few days per week.
