This vital role will be responsible for providing construction law support to Tarmac businesses, leading on construction contract-baseddisputes. In conjunction with our National Managing Surveyors, you will also design and implement a construction disputes strategy and provide general support to the business in legal compliance and risk management.This is a hybrid working role based out of our Tarmac Solihull office so it is easily accessible from Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Tamworth and across the West Midlands and East Midlands.Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Role ResponsibilityReporting to the Senior Legal Manager, the role of Construction Counsel will be responsible for providing strategic advice on NEC based supply and construction contracts throughout the Tarmac business and leading on construction contractdisputes and adjudications, with support from quantity surveyors.
