Badenoch + Clark is partnering with a public sector organisation who is looking to engage with a Analyst/Programmer. The engagement will start as a 3 month contract which will then transfer to a FTC contract directly with the organisation paying up to £44,000 p/a. Work as part of the Systems Development Team in developing, implementing and supporting in-house developed complex web, mobile, and database information systems.Duties and responsibilities:- ** Lead on and support the delivery of strategic development of designated Trust clinical and information systems, including systems analysis and design** Liaise with stakeholders to establish user requirements and specifications which will enhance the in-house systems** Undertake the development of scalable interoperable applications** Develop applications that run on both PCs and mobile devices (e.g. tablets, PDAs and touch screen devices) with a variety of industry-standard browsers** Manage and participate in requirements analysis, creating specifications as appropriate** Produce technical and user documentation to a standard that will allow other staff to maintain and use programs and systemsSkills and experience:-** Degree in Computing or equivalent qualification and/or experience** ASP.NET (VB)** Javascript** Microsoft Visual Studio ** HTML5 and CSS3** SQL (Oracle and/or Microsoft)The contract element will fall in scope for IR35 and will need to operate through an umbrella company or PAYE set up.Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
