1st 2nd Line Support Consultant- Windows, Exchange, Office365, Active Directory- SolihullI am currently seeking the skills of an experienced Service Desk Specialist who has excellent 1st and 2nd line support and trouble shooting skills.The role has come around due to organic growth and the company is looking for a number of 2nd line support engineers to join the team. This position will be based in Solihull and although there will be the opportunity to work from home, you will also be requiredto work from the client site.Your role will involve:* Extensive experience of working in Service desk environments - 2nd line using service desk ticketing systems* Excellent troubleshooting skills and delivering high levels of customer service.* 2nd line support experience as well as happy to conduct 1st line* Strong knowledge of Office365* Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows server 2012 Active Directory* Good knowledge of Citrix Xendesktop* Triaging and resolving Second Line Tickets.* Supporting the First Line and escalating to the Third Line when needed.* Windows 7-11 Support.If youre looking to join a friendly company who look after their staff and with a company that is growing then please send your CV to Gary Wills in the first instance Talent Today are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to these positions
