Job Description

A multi award-winning Advertising & Communications agency is seeking an ambitious and engaging Commercial Finance Analyst to join its hugely vibrant HQ based in Central London.

  • Monitoring client income - inputting into the monthly forecast & being responsible for income billing for a set of well-known clients.
  • Collating & submission of group income
  • Partnering with senior account team to prepare & review client fee proposals.
  • Client contract management - working closely with the legal team and account teams to ensure scopes of work are in place and fit for purpose
  • Client procurement liaison
  • Ratecard management
  • Follow up & monitoring of client WIP and AR, working closely with the working capital team, providing sound commercial/finance support to the business
  • Business partnering with Finance & non Finance
  • Support the Commercial Director on various ad hoc projects
    • To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
  • 1:1/2:1 degree educated
  • Part Qualified/Finalist or Newly Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA
  • Previous relevant commercial experience - preferably from an agency but not essential
  • Extremely affable, engaging, with impeccable communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Client facing experience hugely desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Ambitious, driven and keen to develop swiftly within a high achieving business
