Time for a new HR Manager role Join this very well-known business…Job Title - Part-Time HR ManagerLocation - Central LondonSalary - Circa £50-55k per annum pro rata (part time equivalent will be £30-33k pa)Start Date - ASAPContract Type - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, 3 days per week based in the office. We certainly did when we met them.We don’t want to say too much about the client at this stage as that would ruin the surprise, but it is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that employs some very bright people who are truly passionate about what they do.They are looking for a proactive HR Manager, perhaps someone who has worked in a standalone capacity, or as part of a very small HR function. They require someone with broad generalist experience, but also an individual who is happy to roll their sleevesup and deliver without admin support.Does this sound like you

  • While you will be reporting into the HR Director, they are looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Who are we looking forWe are looking for someone with solid generalist HR experience. There will be an emphasis on applying commercially-oriented solutions here.You will be able to deliver effective, impactful and engaging communication and will be someone with great interpersonal and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels. In the nicest sense, you will be working with colleagues who are naturally inquisitiveand will want to understand your reason for new initiatives. You need to be someone that can take people with you and provide valid business cases for HR activities.If you can act on your own initiative and work autonomously whilst taking responsibility for decisions, finding practical solutions in tight time frames then this could be a great job for you.You will be someone who constantly seeks to improve HR and Operational ways of working, supporting and managing cross functional change programmes with measured outcomes and milestones.Up-to-date and in depth knowledge of current and upcoming employment law would be particularly useful and you should be CIPD qualified. People management experience is also desirable.You will have to deal with ambiguity from time to time and will need to be resilient to push things through.
