Job Description

Property Manager£27k-£32k DOESoho, LondonThe RoleAre you an organised team player with experience in property management If so, one of the most recognisable agents selling and letting properties in central London are looking for a Property Manager.Although experience in the sector is preferred but not essential, the role is office-based Monday to Friday and involves a variety of tasks and client interactions.The key responsibilities of a Property Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering property maintenance,
  • Ordering refurbishments,
  • Rent collection,
  • Property inspections,
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and the lettings and sale departments.
  • Serving Notices.
  • Arranging renewals with existing tenants.

  • Experience as a property manager preferred, but not necessary.

  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
