Job Description

Our client, a leading Affordable Housing provider, are looking for a Community Creator to join their team in Central London. As a Community Creator, you will plan and action ways to empower customers and build communities. This will include events and activitiesthat contribute to the well-being and social involvement of their customers.The successful candidate will be a motivated and creative individual who has experience in customer engagement and community involvement within the Housing sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • To spearhead the conception, development, and implementation of community events and projects across all of their sites. Developing key strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously monitor engagement plan success and assess the social value impact alongside customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the communications teams to actively promote social events and activities through social media and other platforms.
  • Analyse data and research to assist with improving customer engagement levels and use the results to identify areas of improvement within the current community engagement and social projects.
  • Produce annual reports on costs and improvements in the customer satisfaction and engagement levels
  • Promote the customer engagement projects with other internal teams in the business to boost exposure and assist with engagement where possible.
  • Engage with the customers in the community to find ways to help build customer satisfaction and social interaction.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in the customer and community engagement projects by working with other departments to better understand how they can improve services and products for the customers.
  • Work alongside the internal teams to identify community and voluntary group initiatives and seek opportunities to obtain community funding. Engaging local services and partners to ensure local awareness.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a customer or resident engagement role in the Housing Sector
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience organising and hosting events
  • A proactive and creative mindset
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work independently but also the ability to work collaboratively
  • Well organised and excellent time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills
