Barna Care Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and hard-working Support Workers, to join our team working in a supported residential home in Slinford, Horsham.As a Support Worker, you will assist with various duties and help them complete a variety of daily tasks and work to promote independence. Each resident’s needs will vary, and you will need to follow the individual health and social care plans in place but at times, you may be asked to assist in all aspects of personal care too including feeding, washing and toileting.Our client is seeking a Support Worker to cover various day and / or night shifts.
