Job Description

Supporter Journey Officer Ref: SJO(22)/FMC Location: Flexible, Based at a WWT site with opportunity for home working Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: circa. £24,000 per annum Department: Fundraising, Marketing and CommunicationWe are seeking a proactive and organised Supporter Journey Officer to work alongside the Supporter Journey Manager on the development and implementation of our Supporter Journey Work at WWT.About the roleThe Supporter Journey Officer will work to assist the Supporter Journey Manager, in partnership with colleagues across WWT to:

  • ensure supporters are central to all teams work and we are communicating in the most relevant and engaging way
  • develop, deliver and monitor engaging supporter journeys
  • implement a test and learn programme to optimise supporter communications
  • promote excellent supporter care and be an advocate for supporters
This role will also provide high quality administration support to the team including budget monitoring and meeting coordination.About YouWe are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent planning and analytical skills to support colleagues with the development and delivery of engaging supporter journeys.You will be an excellent communicator and champion of a supporter-centric approach, understanding the importance of engaging supporters to retain and develop long-term relationships. A collaborative and proactive attitude will be critical for success, aswill the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation.This post will play a vital role in helping us to achieve these aims and will join an ambitious team.About UsThe Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a conservation charity that protects wetlands for wildlife and people.
