Job Description

Do you welcome challenge; Do you work as a team player but equally on your own initiative An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to join the reception team within the Singleton Assessment Unit and the Acute GP Unit.The individual will be have to be a highly organised and flexible individual and have a friendly, enthusiastic and patient centred approach to their role. The role involves providing reception cover to the unit, as well as supporting the unit with administrative duties as necessary. The Singleton Assessment Unit and Acute GP Unit reception is open 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 11pm, however there may be an extension of hours during the week therefore the individual will be required to work on a shift basis to ensure continuity of service. Experience within an acute setting with clinical systems would be an advantage however, training will be provided.
