THS Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for the role of Regional Care ManagerOur Prestige Client offers an Exceptional Salary - Full Time 37.5 hours per week - To join the team in Wales.We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the South Wales of this care provider as the Regional Manager. This is an integral role within the business and will be leading a team of Registered Managers.You will have direct responsibility for multiple Residential Services in South Wales. The Care Provider offers fun, caring, friendly home environments, where they are determined to ensure that the people they support are safe, comfortable and content.They are passionate about making each day enjoyable and believe everyday should be filled with enjoyment. We are looking for a Regional Care Manger who: • Lives in South Wales • Experience of multi-site management • Strong business acumen • Strong backgroundin working with elderly adults• Willingness to travel across the geographical region or elsewhere as required• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality• Demonstrates positive values• Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative• Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practiceIf you have a strong desire to succeed, can hit the ground running and work off your initiative then please apply today.
