Job Description

PASwansea Pay - £22,549.00Full TimeTemp with view to go PermanentJob Purpose:

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Consultant Microbiologists. However, other duties may be required, as listed here, subject to time availability.
  • Under the direction of the Medic Team and Business Support Manager:
  • To provide comprehensive, confidential personal assistant (PA) support to consultants in their roles as Microbiologists & Departmental Directors.
  • As part of the laboratory administration team, provide secretarial and clerical support to all medical staff and managers administrative, clinical and diagnostic services of the department; where appropriate, liaising with medical staff and other laboratorystaff, hospital/health board staff, service users, members of the public and other external contacts.
