We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated pharmacist with experience in cancer services to join our team.Singleton Hospital is a Cancer Centre providing services to the population of South West Wales. The Cancer Centre includes a Radiotherapy Department, Oncology and Haematology chemotherapy day units and a dedicated Oncology/Haematology ward.The post-holder will lead on managing the pharmacy service provided for Womens cancer at Singleton, and will include working with the multi-disciplinary team at the Cancer Centre, managing pharmacist-led clinics lists, and leading on the implementation of newly approved NICE/AWMSG drugs in Womens Cancer.The successful candidate take an active role in identifying and implementing Cost and/or Service Improvement Programmes, and will be responsible for producing and interpreting drug expenditure reports for Womens Cancer to inform the Cancer Services directorate.
