Job Description

Cleaning ManagerSwansea3 monthsYolk Recruitment has partnered with a leading Further Education institute to assist in recruiting for a Cleaning Manager. This is a new role reporting to the Estates ManagerWhat youll be doing as a Cleaning Manager

  • You will manage the cleaning staff across all seven campuses to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness is maintained and identify opportunities for improvements in service levels and/or to maximise efficiency.
  • With previous experience of managing teams of cleaning staff you must have excellent people management skills and a good knowledge of Health and Safety issues. With the ability to manage conflicting priorities and build relationships you must be well organisedand able to work on your own initiative.
