Year 6 Teacher, SkelmersdaleThe Head Teachers and Governors of a primary school in Skelmersdale are seeking to appoint an engaging and inspiring Class Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team. The position is for one year from 4thJanuary 2022, with the potential of a school contractfollowing a successful period of probation.The school is larger than the average-sized primary school and serves a socially mixed catchment area, with a high proportion of pupils with EAL. The school is Ofsted graded GOOD, which comes down to the family and community ethos that can be felt withinthe school, the high quality learning opportunities provided and staff members commitment to providing an inclusive learning environment for all.The school are looking for a teacher who is able to work effectively within the upper Key Stage 2 team, demonstrate a creative yet purposeful approach to lesson planning and who has energy, enthusiasm and positivity.
