  • Ideally HND/Degree in an Engineering/Materials Discipline
  • Knowledge of Specialist Polymer Manufacturing
  • Experience in Materials Science Role or Similar
The RoleThe successful applicant will have experience in materials technology, with a focus on the support of the materials science department to deliver finished manufactured systems to customers. You will need a working knowledge from an engineering and technicalproject point of view of current and new materials technologies to the business; your background will be in and around modern manufacturing techniques such as Lean Principles and Root Cause Analysis. Your role will be crucial in the continuity of contact betweenscience and the manufacturing process in line with financial constraints of modern manufacturing; therefore, you will have regular interaction between all levels from manufacturing shop floor to director.
