Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Automotive Reference: Jo2913/LW/REEDLocation: SkelmersdaleMonday-Friday - DAYSSalary: £30,000 to £35,000 + PensionThe CompanyAn excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading manufacturer of specialist systems to the automotive industry. The company has been established for over 45 years, with a manufacturing presence in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. They have grown based on itstechnological development and expertise, leading to a worldwide reputation for high quality products and services based on leading edge technology.Key Skills

  • Experience as a Quality Engineer
  • Qualified in a Relevant Engineering Discipline
  • Extensive experience of IATF16949 and ISO9001
The RoleThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of progressing to senior roles within the organization. The company requires a process focused quality engineer who will be responsible for contributing towards and driving the improvementof the organizations internal quality culture, you will be coordinating & completing PPAPs with customers and suppliers. The role will also be heavily involved in coordinating investigations into identified quality problems ensuring the implementation ofrobust improvement actions using standard quality tools and techniques.
