Our Client is an International Medical Staffing Firm with a broad global network and a well known name within the sector.This is a new role within the Candidate Experience team and the role holder will essentially manage the delivery of Service Excellence to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) looking to move from the UK or elsewhere Internationally to the US.This will start with proactively engaging with HCPs from point of Contract onwards and ensure a consistent and personalised experience. The Candidate Experience Coordinator will have access to subject matter experts within the company to resolve any queries.As well as managing the Candidates journey, the role holder will track and monitor the pipeline journey to ensure compliance with the service excellence model as well as analyse results.In terms of where candidates for this role will come from, youll have worked in Customer Experience focused role and have a strong understanding of how to develop and manage the Customer Journey process. Youll need to have strong problem solving skillsand be solutions led. It is essential that candidates have experience of working within an International operation. Ideally, candidates will have some experience in managing immigration processes but this is not essential. This role is home based and inductiontraining will be delivered virtually.As the role involves talking to HCPs, some of whom will be overseas, there will need to be flexibility to work outside a standard 9-5 at times.
