Job Description

Bid CoordinatorI’m currently recruiting for a client who are looking for a Bid Coordinator. This would be a great role for someone with existing experience in Bid’s or a highly organised content writer who would like to step into this space.The role sits between sales and marketing, whilst working with other internal stakeholders to support businesses development activities.A few duties and responsibilities:

  • Identifying and tracking new business opportunities and upcoming bids
  • Coordinating bid applications, including tender queries, technical information, approval questionnaires etc
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and input for the proposals
  • Ensuring that proposals are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Maintaining and updating the bid library, templates, and databases
  • Providing feedback and lessons learned to improve the bid process and performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in Bids or content writing experience (and a desire to pursue a career in this field)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
