Are you a driven and proactive individual with a knack for outbound sales calls Do you thrive in a telephone-based role, exceeding set KPIs, and seeking a rewarding career in a dynamic environment If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Were recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for our client, a forward-thinking global business dedicated to building transformative solutions for sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology.As an Internal Sales Executive, you will join the Vehicle Solutions Team, taking referrals from the Fuel or Telematics divisions, calling and qualifying leads to book meetings for local Field Sales Executives.This role will offer progression and could lead to a Field Sales role for the right person.Responsibilities* Contacting new and existing customers over the phone and by email about our vehicle leasing products* Working on warm inbound leads (some cold calling)* Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of the division* Provide regular feedback to the sales manager and marketing team to support them with adapting their marketing campaigns and other work to best support you in winning new clientsSkills and Experience* Experience in outbound sales calls (Vehicle sales experience not mandatory)* Good communication skills and telephone manner* Motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets* Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel* Previous sales experience is desirable* Able to travel to Six Hills, Melton MowbrayBenefits* Competitive base salary with commission opportunities, offering a total package of up to £33,000* Regular working hours: 8.30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)* Beautiful countryside office setting featuring an onsite gym and subsidised canteenIf you are a driven sales executive looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing company, apply today!Please note.
