Job Description

The RoleMajor Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator on behalf of our client based in between Loughborough and Melton Mowbray.please note, this is a farming environment and so may not be suitable for all personal preferences.Duties include: -

  • Dealing with cattle payments
  • Cattle shipping
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Raising invoices
  • Chasing up payments
  • Chasing logistics and internal departments for updates
  • Sending BACS payments/transfer to suppliers
  • Customer orders and enquiries
  • General administration of payments and shipping
The Hours40 hours per week, working 7:30am - 4:00pm (office based - not working from home) hour unpaid break +hour paid break1 or 2 Saturdays per month working 8am - 2pm at time and a hour pay.Your ProfileIn order to be considered for this position, you will ideally have a background and experience with administration within the finance or shipping (or general administration with a keen interest in finance and shipping)You will consider yourself professional, down to earth, keen to learn, a multitasking wizard and ready to get stuck in!Due to the location of the role, you will need to have your own transportThe Salary£9.50 per hour (first 3 months) + holiday pay (£21,000 on 40hrs) + overtimeRising to £10.50 per hour after 14 weeks. (£22,000 on 40hrs) + overtimeMajor Recruitment act as an Employment Agency for permanent roles and an Employment Business for temporary opportunitiesINDBR
