Efficiently manage skip booking inquiries from clients and potential customers.
Facilitate skip brokering services when necessary to meet demand.
Provide top-tier customer care and support, demonstrating the values they are known for.
Skillfully coordinate and schedule skip deliveries and pickups.
Apply transport planning expertise to optimize routes and logistics.
Foster seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales, customer care, or transport planning is highly advantageous.
Exceptional phone communication skills and a customer-centric approach are a must.
Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Problem-solving skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
