Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but were looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time tosuit the needs of the business. More hours will be worked from Easter to October and during school holidays.Weekend as well as school/bank holiday working is required.Salary: £9.60 per hour -The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age.Duration: Fixed-Term contract for 12 monthsInterview Dates: 2nd & 3rd February 2023Start Date: ASAP What its like to work here Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll be based at Shugborough Estate, home to the Anson family since 1624. The estate includes a Georgian mansion house with magnificent views over the riverside garden terraces, Grade 1listed parkland, walled garden and working farm. It also features a caf and tea room, second-hand bookshop and two retail outlets. Shugborough is supported by a passionate, engaging and hardworking team of staff and volunteers who love what they do and lovesharing it with visitors.Due to the location of Shugborough we would encourage you to consider how you would commute here before you apply. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude, and desire to provide an excellent service, youll welcome and look after every customer who visits our Food and Beverage outlet.Using your excellent attention to detail, youll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious. From time to time you may be required to assist the kitchen team with food prep, but your core focus will be from a front ofhouse perspective.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
