Job Description

Site Service Delivery AnalystSolihull Office £24,000 - £27,000 + bonusStonegate Group are looking for an a Site Service Delivery Analyst – a dedicated site support for our sites for their IT issues. IT is an essential enabler of the business at Stonegate (we’re the UK’s biggest and keeping our Site systems running, is thetop priority for Site Service Delivery. Thus we have dedicated site support for our sites for their IT issues. This includes diagnosing and maintaining equipment remotely (Tills, Printers, PC’S, Servers, PEDs and Phones) to ensure optimal performance. Theperson will also identify and troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion to stop estate wide issues.Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide IT support to Sites (pubs) via Helpdesk
  • Liaise with 3rd party, outsourced suppliers for call resolution
  • Develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, problems and support requests
  • Review and update Triage and Engineer notes
  • Email account administration i.e. account creation and management and distribution lists
  • Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues on Active Directory
  • Hints and Tips for Sites
  • Call Analysis and Trends
We’d love you to have a College Diploma or University Degree in the field of Computer Science or significant relevant work experience. Key will be knowledge of operating systems, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain problems and solutionsclearly to non-technical usersEXPERIENCE:
  • Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of AD, Exchange 2010 and remote control tools
  • Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working Knowledge of ITIL standard
