Job Description

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for an existing client for a Sales Support Administrator role.You will be working in a small friendly office and supporting the sales team with all administration duties whilst having responsibility for customer accounts and supporting the Operations Director with different functions across the business.There are elements of this role that will be client facing, so you must be able to drive. This is an office-based role where you will be required to be in the Shirley office Monday – Friday.There is progression available, with the majority of long-serving team members having started in support functions.Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining excellent customer service at all times
  • Generate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers, addressing enquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Prepare and present reports for the sales team and customers
  • Interact with customers and suppliers, building relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
Skills & experience required.
  • Experience of working in a sales support environment
  • Experience of communicating with customers by telephone or face to face
  • Confident speaking with clients
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
  • Computer literate - A very good knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook.
