This role requires an ambitious candidate with a Society of Trust and Estate accreditation who is tenacious and determined inkeeping the best interest of their clients in the forefront of their mind. They cover a wide spectrum of services including Commercial Property Law, Family Law, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This family runfirm is seeking a trustworthy solicitor who will add to their already high standards and good name.As the Private Client Solicitor, you will:- Handle Probates, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.- You will have to be confident and capable of preparing Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents.- Being punctual to run your own caseload - such as standard probate court matters.- Youll have your own dedicated secretary to help manage scheduling etc.To be considered for this position, youll need:- 5 years PQE or equivalent experience is required.- Examples and knowledge of Will drafting, Lasting Power of Attorney Drafting.If you fit the description, let us help you get your career on the right track by applying online.
