Preparing paperwork for export documentation eg., Sales Contract, Load List, Container Photos, VGM, Packing List & Commercial Invoices. Being the first point of contact for Logistic instructions Arrange booking for shipping container and domestic transport. Arranging collections with different hauliers Administrative duties, ensuring all paperwork is completed Data Entry & Responding to emails and messages
