Job Description

Learning CoordinatorHome based – to £32,000 + bonusStonegate Group is the UK’s biggest Pub Group. With 18000 employees, we deliver a huge amount of learning across several different pathways – from e-Learning to workshops to full learning programmes. We’re looking for an experienced Learning Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the planning and implementing of training across all interventions in the business. This will range from diary planning, location organisation, creating on the LMS, delegate communicationand materials. They will be vital in working with the development teams to understand what is in the pipeline for roll out as well as with the delivery teams to understand the capacities within.

  • Have a good understanding across multiple learning programmes
  • Ensure accurate communication with delivery team on dates that they are delivering different workshops
  • Ensure accurate communication on delegate progression on programmes
  • Manage the coordination of programmes from start to finish, including but not limited to: diary planning, location booking, materials organisation, delegate communications, hotels, class administration on Academy Online
  • Manage any processes with other departments around learning interventions
  • Arrange assessment days and graduations where appropriate
  • Support the Apprenticeship coordinator where required
  • Communicate with external vendors where required
  • Understanding of the LMS system to create and track delegates on programmes for data trends
  • Understanding of LMS to be able to support the LMS administrator where required
  • Ensure clear communications with LMS Administrator on programme Coordination so they can respond to business queries appropriately
  • Able to work as a team player across the Learning design function to ensure smooth scoping, build and implementation
  • Have a good understanding of the business and its needs to be able to adapt plans for ad hoc / changeable interventions such as Capex training
  • Support in system update windows
  • Contribute to wider L&D projects where required
