ApplyChange Manager - Business Operations & TechPermanent or Two Year Fixed Contract | Hybrid but with a requirement to travel in the UK to meet different key stakeholders at different times in the delivery cycleTo £70,000Distribution SME requires a Change Manager to lead and land the delivery of a new tech platform which will transform how the customer interacts with the business, but also the process and governance around how the business distributes the product. The platform is being rolled out in phases in different regions in the UK, hence the need for some travel during key periods to different UK locations. Having completed phase 1, they have some learnings to take into phase 2, but they really need a pure playoperational change leader to develop a playbook which can be used repeatedly for each of the regions over the coming two years. This role will involve significant interaction with commercially high value stakeholders, so it will be critical that the change lands well for the customer.Internally, the change is going to require significant process change, and the coordination of large amounts of training and communication to a fairly large audience of warehouse, distribution and customer services audiences.About you
