Having completed phase 1, they have some learnings to take into phase 2, but they really need a pure playoperational change leader to develop a playbook which can be used repeatedly for each of the regions over the coming two years.This role will involve significant interaction with commercially high value stakeholders, so it will be critical that the change lands well for the customer.Internally, the change is going to require significant process change, and the coordination of large amounts of training and communication to a fairly large audience of warehouse, distribution and customer services audiences.About you
