The exciting part of all of this is that you can be a part of it.To give you an example, they started as a team of 4, now theyre 15 strong and this time in 6-12 months time theyll double in size, and it wont just stop there.What youll be doing:Youll be a stickler for detail, someone who likes problem-solving and process improvements but equally understands the cycle of transactional accounting and how these fundamental processes cannot afford to be sloppy!Anything in transactional finance, youll be getting involved in, literally everything which is why this is such a varied role, but it doesnt just stop there.As the business gets busier, there will be a time when you need to get additional members of the team to support you, which in turn will create new opportunities for you.You see, youll be the second person recruited into the finance team, so youre sort of the number 2 in Finance. If you do well here, as the business continues to deliver, so will your career, you just dont get these types of jobs in the market that oftenFrom Finance Assistant in just a couple of years, you could be the Finance Manager - Literally!What youll get: A very competitive basic salary is on offer from £25,000 - £30,00 plus study support to support you on your journey.It also comes with a flexible Hybrid working model, so you can benefit from working in nice offices for a few days as a week but then base yourself at home for two days.Its a relaxed environment here with good working hours from 8.30 till 4.30 and youll get to finish early every Friday too.Additional to your basic, there is a matched contributory pension of up to 6% and 25 days holiday + SBH.So, apart from being a new business who are ready to dominate across the UK and venture into Europe, dont forget that its backed by a major international brand which will open many doors for this individual, so if youre after security, its got it all!
