SHEQ AdvisorWe are looking for an individual who is seeking their next career challenge in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, working for a painting contractor with 16 branches nationally. You will work with the Head of SHEQ to help the Company to develop the safetyculture.The RoleThis exciting role allows you the opportunity to develop, coach, advise and assist across multiple areas including:Undertaking audits and inspections to ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered toAssisting in the maintenance of Group and branch management systems alongside specialist accreditationsUndertaking investigations following accidents and incidentsDesigning and deliver trainingAssisting in the development of policies and proceduresSharing best practice across the Group to support continual improvementYour DevelopmentDevelopment of our people is a core Bagnalls value.
