Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced SeniorMarketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Shipley.As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for taking ownership of lead generation, executing B2B marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales for pre- and post-activity engagement. You will also be responsible for developing and implementingmarketing strategies, creating and executing plans and campaigns, and reporting on effectiveness and ROI. You will be in charge of managing partnerships, understanding customer needs for product positioning, and collaborating with external agencies for designand marketing efforts. Additionally, you will also be responsible for content production, social media management, event oversight, and staying updated on digital marketing trends for new opportunities. Budget management, team support, and compliance withbrand guidelines are also crucial aspects of the position.Hours of Work: Full-TimeSenior Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • 4-5 years’ marketing experience, in a business to business (B2B) environment
  • Degree, preferably in Marketing
  • CIM professional qualification achieved (minimum level 4) or studying towards
  • Ability to identify, act on and adapt to audience needs
  • Experience in the management of social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, YouTube and Instagram) and a sound understanding of social analytics tools
  • Experience working with and briefing third party agencies
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and PPC
  • Experience of CRM systems and skilled with data analysis
  • Managing 3rd party agencies
  • Broad digital knowledge and experience – website projects, SEO, PPC
  • Project management experience
  • Proven experience of managing campaigns to budget
  • Broad experience of marketing including PR, online, events, research and campaigns
  • Content marketing and automation
  • Creating video content
  • Proven track record of success in marketing
  • Full clean driving licence
Desirable:
  • Wordpress CMS experience
  • Hubspot inbound marketing platform experience
