Semi-productive Workshop Controller

  • Basic Salary Up to £40,000, bonus scheme to be discussed.

Semi-Productive Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive busy independent garage in the Shipley area.Our Client is seeking a Semi-Productive Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, the successful Workshop Controller will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.The Salary being offered to the successful Semi-Productive Workshop Controller is up to £40,000Duties of a Semi-Productive Workshop Controller
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  • Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Semi-Productive Workshop Controller will
  • Have a previous working experience within a Workshop Controller role
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
