An exciting opportunity has come up at Goodman Masson to work with one of our on-site clients based in Shipley, Leeds. The office is hybrid working so you can work from the office, from home or wherever suits you best!This important role will sit within our client, managing their recruitment from top to bottom. As part of our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solution) we also assist clients with exciting projects such as looking at their employer brand, and subjectssuch as diversity monitoring and reporting.Using the latest ATS technology and recruitment tools, this role will suit established recruiters with excellent stakeholder engagement skills (You will work closely with the Directors of the business) and also someone who is process driven and used to workingwithin a fast paced target driven environment.RPO is a fast growth area of Goodman Masson and progression will see you able to manage multiple accounts over the next 3-5 years if successful and building out a team.Requirements:
