Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Support Assistant to join our small friendly team. Based in Shipley, Bradford, Inspexx has been established for 25 years and has plans for further growth.

  • Role: Office Support Assistant
  • Salary:£23,000per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week; MondayFriday, 08:30 & 16:30
  • Location: Office-based in Shipley, with free on-site parking
Inspexx Ltd is a trusted partner in electrical, energy management and fire safety inspection services. The company provides qualified technical engineers for companies who require expertise in compliance inspections.As Office Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and engineers ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service to all requests effectively and efficiently. As such, you will have demonstrable experiencein administration and customer service, ideally in a helpdesk or scheduling environment. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, thriving on managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via email and phone; escalating any concerns of a complex nature to the General Manager for advice and guidance.
  • Logging all job requests that are received onto the central database system, ensuring all relevant information is captured to evaluate, prioritise and resolve requests
  • Contacting customers to arrange for an engineer to attend to carry out work orders.
  • Organising engineers workdays to be efficient for cost and time, and communicating plans with engineers, matching their availability with work to be carried out.
  • Contributing to the development of new works requests into quotations, requesting purchase orders and arranging work through consultation with the customer, and engineer availability Monitoring work progress, updating customers accordingly and gatheringfeedback from the General Manager to update issues accordingly.
  • Logging, monitoring and resolving routine customer complaints, escalating complex or high profile complaints to support with effective resolution.
  • Collating customer feedback, running reports and analysing data as requested. Ensuring event requirements are carried out by relevant teams.
  • Managing day to day administration, data entry and filing as required.
As the successful candidate you will have:
