Job Description

JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a great client based in North Bradford as they look to recruit an experienced Office Manager. This is a permanent opportunity and is a great time to be joining the business as they continue to grow.My client, a world leader in their field, are looking to recruit an Office Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organised and dedicated individual with extensive administrative experience. To be successful in the role, you will thriveworking independently and in a team environment. You will be reporting into a superb Chief Operating Officer who values his team.Duties include:

  • Managing the back office, being the first point of contact when greeting new clients
  • Getting involved in the recruitment process such as advertising jobs for live vacancies
  • Taking and screening calls on behalf of the CEO and Executives and handling queries of a varied nature, directing calls to the relevant person when appropriate, or taking accurate messages
  • Meetings and events management including organising meetings, managing meeting rooms, arranging social activities and internal team building events
  • Typing up customer contracts and sending these to be e-signed
  • Provide support at monthly board meetings by taking minutes and following up actions with Board, including circulation of meeting documents and minutes
  • Coordinate and source office supplies/consumables and keep a record of office expenditure
  • Meeting and greeting customers, making refreshments, ordering, and collecting working lunches when required
This is a very fast-paced role and would require someone from a strong background working as an Office Manager. You will be happy working in a team whilst also working independently. Hours of work are typically 37.5 but the client are happy to accommodatefor the right candidate. This is a superb opportunity working with a major business in Saltaire.
