Job Description

Were looking for 3 Ground Maintenance Operatives to join our team on an interim basis until September.   • Deliver a grounds maintenance service based on customer involvement, satisfaction and sustainability.
  • Work as part of a team to maintain all Incommunities spaces to a high standard of appearance and safety.
  • Carry out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, shrub bed works and site clearance works.
Requirements
  • Basic grounds maintenance knowledge or the willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience using tools such as mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and back pack blowers.
  • To be an excellent team player with good communication skills.
  • Self motivated, respectful, trustworthy and punctual.
  • A full driving license is not essential but would be advantageous.
  • At least 2 suitable references.
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete relevant paperwork.
  • The willingness to work outdoors in all weathers and on all ground terrain types.
  • A general awareness of Health and Safety including safe site working practice.
  • A good work ethic and customer service skills to interact with our customers who may on occasion approach the grounds team with queries.
