Job Description

Accounts Assistant - PAYEOur client, a leader in the Insurance market are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the team, they are looking for someone with some strong Administration experience to join a busy team.Role:

  • Supports the department key performance indicators and business retention targets as directed by your Manager
  • Manages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required
  • Provides relevant MI to senior management
  • Accurately process adjustments
  • Assist line manager with month end and normal business work as requested
  • Undertake all other duties as reasonably required and directed in order to maintain the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department to ensure all deadlines are achieved
  • Keeps informed of all regulatory and legal changes which impacts on the job role
  • Ensures up to date records are maintained at all times on the systems
  • Responds appropriately to urgent issues as they arise
